Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of our rental properties. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of property management principles.



Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all properties
  • Liaison with Stakeholders:
    • Maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns
  • Marketing and Leasing:
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for vacant properties
    • Coordinate leasing activities to minimize vacancy rates
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare and process rental agreements and associated documents
    • Manage financial transactions related to rent payments and expenses


Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field such as real estate or business administration
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems
