Key Role: Property Portfolio Manager

  • Develop strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Manage rental income, expenses, and maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Prepare market appraisals and negotiate lease renewals.
  • Oversee compliance checks and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our inspections, leasing, and business development teams.
  • Meet performance targets across rental income, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Agent's Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice.

Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in a Property Manager role.

Skills: Proven experience in residential property management, solid knowledge of real estate laws, outstanding customer service and communication skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, a proactive and professional approach, and a true team player attitude.
