Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide product information and assist with account-related transactions.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of superannuation products and services, as well as regulations and policies. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email or other communication channels
  • Assist customers with account-related transactions such as contributions, rollovers and withdrawals
  • Provide factual information about superannuation without giving financial advice
