About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide information and general superannuation advice to clients via various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Answer client enquiries promptly, politely and consistently.
- Conduct general superannuation advice interviews for clients and their partners.
- Participate in outbound calling and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Have a clear understanding of the superannuation industry and its products.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years' experience in an inbound calling role in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound administrative skills and good keyboard and computer skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing situations and take on different tasks as required.
