Job Description:

As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing impactful strategies that drive mutual benefit and long-term growth for the organization. This leadership position entails cultivating meaningful partnerships, creating projects that support the organization's mission, and taking on a leadership role to develop innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing robust strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with diverse partners
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships that drive collaboration and revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships from negotiation through to delivery and ongoing engagement
  • Converting partners into donors, identifying major gift prospects, and leading fundraising initiatives
  • Contributing to strategic planning by setting clear development goals and aligning efforts with the organisation's long-term vision

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and secure commitments from organisations
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small team environment
  • Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation skills
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and delivering results with limited resources
