Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in the partnership space, delivering high-quality partnerships. They will also have previous experience of line/team management and excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, be resourceful, and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. They will be proficient in research techniques, database management, building compelling proposals, and demonstrated experience in building mutually beneficial strategic plans.

As a key member of our partnerships team, you will report to the Director of Partnerships and New Business. You will work collaboratively with other areas of the business, including the wider partnerships team locally and globally, marketing, and fundraising.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth and long-term impact through strategic partnerships. You will create value for both parties to achieve a common need, building meaningful relationships at every level, and understanding how and where you can have real influence and build positive networks from senior leaders through to the grassroots.
