Executive Lead Job Description

The Greater Dandenong City Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Lead to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will provide high-level advice and support to our Chief Executive Officer.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CEO, ensuring effective partnerships are established and maintained with stakeholders, including Councillors, Executive, levels of government, and the community.

This diverse and fast-paced role involves leading, researching, planning, and participating in projects that drive strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advice and support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CEO.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Lead, research, plan, and participate in a range of projects.
  • Undertake research and analysis to assist in decision making.
