Data Center Construction Planning Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Planning Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for providing integrated planning and schedule management services for large-scale data center construction projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) including timelines and dependencies for large-scale data center construction projects.
  • Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in planning medium-sized capital projects in data centers, oil and gas, or chemicals industries.
  • Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management, and Key Commodity Tracking.
  • Excellent skills in Oracle P6 project planning software.
  • Familiarity with Risk Schedule Analysis.
