Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Microsoft. This role will involve providing IT support for secure access workstations, laptops, servers, and conference rooms audiovisual equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure SAW devices meet security compliance standards.
  • Manage SAW inventory, including ordering, receiving, assigning/re-assigning, and decommissioning devices.
  • Provide guidance to users on common SAW repair issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Perform Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for damaged SAWs within 30 days of receipt.
Additional Duties:
  • Support the deployment of on-site DC physical infrastructure.
  • Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory management as needed.

What We Offer
