
Senior Business Development Executive

This is a rare opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strong partnerships, and lead a high-performing team within a fast-paced digital commerce environment.
- Develop and execute an affiliate sales strategy to drive content commerce capability.
- Deliver year-on-year growth across affiliate channels, achieving key commercial targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, platforms, and providers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and optimize returns across campaigns.
- Plan and execute affiliate activity around key revenue events.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and analysis on affiliate performance and revenue.
- Educate internal stakeholders and act as a thought leader in affiliate strategy.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Affiliate Account Managers and Campaign Executives.
- Proven experience in affiliate sales is essential – ideally 5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital commerce roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Established relationships within the affiliate network.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-focused with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
