Culture Transformation Specialist

Main Responsibilities:- Support colleague journey management and address employee relations matters effectively.
- Facilitate learning and development activities aligned with business goals.
- Maintain compliance with HRIS systems and training records accurately.
- Assist with talent acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Monitor salary allocations and ensure adherence to employment laws.
- Investigate workplace incidents and support Return to Work plans efficiently.
- Drive a people-centric culture and uphold core values.
- Support Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives and local community engagement.
- Actively participate in Human Resources projects and meetings.
- A proven track record as an IR/ER or workplace relations specialist with experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- A good working knowledge of the HIGA (Hospitality Industry General Award).
- The ability to work collaboratively and deliver results at pace.
- Taking accountability for decision-making and approach.
- Making a mark in a global company during a period of growth.
