Account Expansion Specialist

You will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and quotes, manage contract renewals, and negotiate with key clients.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to find solutions and make decisive decisions.
  • Skilled in drafting and responding to tenders with accuracy and clarity.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and driven to achieve targets.

Desirable skills include:

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales CRM systems.
