Job Opportunity: Territory Development Manager

 

  • Role Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Development Manager to promote our plant-based products, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cafes, roasters, distributors, and other potential clients.
  • Promote our range of alternative dairy products to drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to create brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor market trends and provide valuable feedback to the brand team.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in cafés, with a roaster, or as a sales rep in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
