**Casual Nursery Worker - Immediate Start**

Advantage Plant Production is a **wholesale plant nursery** specialising in ornamental trees and fruit trees. We're seeking a **self-motivated Nursery Hand**to join our small, friendly team.

**Job Summary**:
This role involves a variety of **horticultural tasks** in an **outdoor work environment**. You'll be helping with the **planting of trees in open field and potting**plants

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planting in ground fruit trees
- Weeding, pruning, and general plant maintenance
- Potting and preparing plants for sale and delivery
- Outdoor work in different weather conditions
- Working independently and following instructions

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Horticulture or nursery experience is an advantage (but not essential)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Self-motivated and able to work alone when needed
- Reliable with own transport
