About the Role

A fast-growing, design-focused plant care brand is looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Manager to manage and grow wholesale accounts across NSW and ACT. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a well-loved range of products that bring style and simplicity to indoor gardening and plant care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail stockists.
  • Identify and onboard new wholesale clients in the territory.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring brand consistency and satisfaction.
  • Provide in-store training and product knowledge to retailers.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and in-store activations.
  • Report on territory performance and contribute to overall sales strategy.

About You

  • Experience in sales or account management, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, or horticultural sectors.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Based in NSW or ACT with a current driver's license and own vehicle.
  • A passion for plants or indoor gardening is a strong advantage.
