About the Role
A fast-growing, design-focused plant care brand is looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Manager to manage and grow wholesale accounts across NSW and ACT. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a well-loved range of products that bring style and simplicity to indoor gardening and plant care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail stockists.
- Identify and onboard new wholesale clients in the territory.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring brand consistency and satisfaction.
- Provide in-store training and product knowledge to retailers.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and in-store activations.
- Report on territory performance and contribute to overall sales strategy.
About You
- Experience in sales or account management, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, or horticultural sectors.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Based in NSW or ACT with a current driver's license and own vehicle.
- A passion for plants or indoor gardening is a strong advantage.
