Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Agribusiness Relationship Manager.

This dynamic and impactful position involves developing strong relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their needs and support business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining trust with customers to deliver win-win solutions while meeting Bendigo Bank's growth targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and attracting new agribusiness customers to our portfolio through proactive community engagement
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop localized engagement plans for successful customer outcomes
  • Driving profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving exceptional results
  • Mentoring and growing the skills of fellow Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Associates

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related field
  • Ability to travel and possess a current
