About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering strong results while building lasting relationships with clients and the local community.

This role focuses on rural broadacre sales, including marketing and transaction of large-scale cropping, grazing, and mixed-farming properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, particularly in the rural broadacre sector.
  • Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise.
  • Manage performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.
  • Oversee online listings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new opportunities, especially in the broadacre farming and agribusiness markets.
  • Represent the company in the community through events, marketing campaigns, and local initiatives.
About You
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally with a background in rural property or leadership.
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and relevant legislation, particularly around land use, water rights, zoning, and agricultural considerations.
  • Holds a license and a current driver's license.
  • Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Demonstrates values through accountability, trust, customer focus, and results-driven leadership.
  • Passion for regional communities and a strong network within the agricultural and farming sector.
