Job Title: Agricultural Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role within our Ballarat-based finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting all aspects of our finance offerings in support of whole goods sales, and will market services provided by us within a designated territory set by the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Traveling to multiple agricultural dealership locations to support sales teams in providing finance and insurance solutions to customers.
  • Promoting and selling a range of finance products suitable for agricultural customers, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieving and exceeding finance sales targets across all assigned dealerships.
  • Conducting customer interviews to assess needs and structure appropriate finance packages for equipment purchases.
  • Developing strong relationships with farmers, agribusiness clients, and dealership stakeholders to build long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing dealership sales staff to increase their confidence and capability in presenting finance options.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of agricultural finance products, interest rates, lending policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Ensuring accurate preparation and submission of finance documentation, maintaining high compliance standards.
  • Analysing finance performance reports and implementing initiatives to drive improvement and growth.
