Senior Business Development Manager

As a key member of the FCM corporate team, you will be responsible for leading the customer, operational, and technical aspects of our business travel management services. With a customer-centric mindset and sound commercial sense, you will drive customer and people-related outcomes and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans, key performance indicators, and key business deliverables to drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain the financial health of the business, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external customers to deliver a compelling customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to a range of customer scenarios, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver FCM's marketing and product strategies, optimizing them within the area to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Extensive travel industry experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive and ambition to achieve and exceed goals, with a strong commercial sense.
  • Superior presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to encourage and support the development of team members, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Sound business acumen, with a deep understanding of the travel industry and its trends.
