We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Executive to join our Strategic Sales division in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

With over 2,500 staff domestically across Australia and New Zealand, we are a leading IT business solutions provider offering a wide range of services including IT management, consulting, cloud solutions, business intelligence, and big data analytics.

Your primary focus will be on large, complex deal specialists, concentrating on potential engagements exceeding $15m total contract value. You will be supported by subject matter experts from our practices as necessary, particularly during pre-sales discussions with clients.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Hold overall accountability for our relationships with clients
  • Build and manage account plans for allocated accounts
  • Assemble an integrated view of all work being undertaken by our teams across accounts
  • Foster multiple connections into accounts through our practices and other leaders
  • Safeguard long-term client relationships through advocating their interests
  • Develop deep knowledge of and insights into accounts (trends, drivers, preferences etc)
  • Develop sales plans and follow agreed processes and standards, utilising our representatives, relationships, and capabilities to deliver sales targets assigned
Desired Experience:
  • Strong technology and sales background on large-scale deals
  • Extensive networks in various sector markets (preferably Telco and Public Sector)
  • Track record of achieving realistic regional sales targets
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and prioritise markets/opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Demonstrated experience identifying potential growth capability areas, via partnering or acquisition
