About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Canberra, Australia. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute targeted sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through the sale of complex technology solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying and prioritizing target accounts, developing account plans, and tracking progress against goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product experts, and marketing professionals, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective communication with customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.
  • Complex Technology Solutions: Experience selling complex technology solutions, preferably in the fields of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, AI/ML, or ERP.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and other influencers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop targeted sales plans that align with business objectives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
