About Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Services Manager to join our theatre team at a fully accredited acute medical and surgical facility. The successful candidate will work closely with the Theatre Management team and Executive team to shape organisational strategy, strengthen relationships and improve procedural service provision to achieve departmental and hospital strategic objectives.

This role requires a highly organised professional with operational and clinical expertise to monitor and drive successful patient outcomes. We need someone who is a strong collaborator with the capacity to engage a wide variety of hospital stakeholders, contribute to the commercial direction and growth of the department.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior clinical management position, with a background in Perioperative Services essential. Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse are also required.
