About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our student accommodation team. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospects, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a welcoming community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a warm, welcoming presence for residents, visitors, and prospects—offering service every time
- Respond to queries with friendly professionalism
- Manage daily tasks, including package deliveries, guest suite bookings, lift scheduling, and resident enquiries
- Keep shared spaces and front-of-house areas tidy, safe, and ready to impress
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, resident communications, and CRM updates
- Assist with planning and running community events and activities
- Promote resident satisfaction by addressing questions, feedback, and maintenance requests quickly
- Contribute to leasing activity—helping turn enquiries into happy residents
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience customer facing roles such as hospitality, accommodation, or real estate
- Excellent customer service skills with a cheerful attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A natural team player with confidence to work independently when needed
- Solid organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internet research
