The Customer Service Ambassador role at our catering company is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents in aged care facilities.

This position involves setting up for meal services, providing high-quality customer service to residents when serving meals and assisting with basic food preparation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
  • Assist with food preparation and setup/clean up of meal services

We cater to many locations across Victoria and have positions available across all Melbourne Metro regions. Some hospitality experience will be highly valued, as well as a certificate in food safety.

Mandatory requirements include completing and holding a National Police Check or an NDIS Worker Screening Check, being fully vaccinated (including the booster) for COVID-19 and the current year influenza vaccination.

Main Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate in food safety
