Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our care community team as a Customer Service Ambassador.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents in all areas of the facility. This includes assisting with food preparation and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and ensuring that laundry is completed efficiently.
This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have access to various benefits including flexible work hours, mentoring and training opportunities, leave loading, public holidays, and sector-leading training programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
