Ambassador of Resident Experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Services Ambassador to join our team in Melbourne.
- This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make a positive impact on our residents' experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming residents warmly to the property, upholding service standards, and maintaining public areas.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome residents warmly to the property and ensure they feel at home.
- Uphold service standards and maintain public areas to meet brand and property expectations.
- Be knowledgeable about the property, its services, facilities, and the surrounding community.
- Engage with residents and visitors to ensure satisfaction and consistency with tenancy agreements.
- Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally, escalating if necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve services and products, and implement changes accordingly.
- Maintain public areas, offices, and back-of-house areas for operational needs.
- Follow up on outstanding and overdue accounts daily.
- Prepare apartments according to brand standards for inspections and move-ins.
- Communicate with residents to schedule activities, including events and amenity bookings.
- Develop and improve the resident community program to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Support service aspects, including maintenance and leasing, and supervise residents within the property.
- Ensure health and safety issues are identified and reported to appropriate channels.
- Represent the property positively and uphold a professional image.
