Residential Experience Curator

We seek a highly skilled Residential Experience Curator to enhance our luxury residential development's resident experience.

The Role
  • Oversee day-to-day front of house, greeting all residents and visitors with exceptional courtesy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding move-in logistics, amenities bookings, and general inquiries.
  • Handle resident queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and promptness.
  • Monitor building access and maintain security protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly and manage building management systems effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the resident experience by reviewing feedback, interacting with tenants, and staying abreast of new trends.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless resident experience.
  • Collaborate with senior facilities staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to building operations and resident engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar high-end concierge or front of house role within hotels, residential apartments, or commercial settings.
  • Attention to detail is paramount.
  • Impeccable personal grooming and appearance are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • A customer-centric mindset is necessary.

Parking is provided on-site. A branded uniform will be provided. A mobile device and laptop will be supplied.
