Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador
Your New RoleAs a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional support and care to our residents, enhancing their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
You will work closely with our community to ensure their needs are met, providing a high level of customer service and empathy in all interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with general inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
- Uploading documents and information for residents
- Maintaining accurate client and staff records
- Ordering supplies as needed
We are seeking an individual who shares our values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy and a genuine passion for delivering real care to residents.
Key qualifications include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including morning and afternoon shifts
- Experience working with diverse customers
- Full COVID-19 vaccination, including booster and influenza
