Lead Venue Operator

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance and overall presentation of multiple venues.

  • Leverage your hospitality management expertise to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business success.
  • Manage venue operations, including staff rostering, recruitment and financial forecasting.
  • Oversee workforce planning, budgeting and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement throughout all venues and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.

This position requires a minimum 5 years multi-venue experience in food and beverage senior management, including gaming. Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation are essential.

  • Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management (desired).
