Lead Venue Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the management of multiple venues across our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying operational improvements, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive venue success.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
  • Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead workforce planning including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years multi-venue senior management experience in food and beverage, including gaming.
  • Current RSA and Gaming Licence accreditation.
  • Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their full potential.
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout the venues.
  • Strong staff management experience with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management (not essential but viewed favourably).
