Job Title: Venue Operations Manager

Lead Hospitality Venues with Passion and Expertise

As a Venue Operations Manager, you will be hands-on in leading daily operations, delivering great guest experiences, and supporting the growth of well-regarded community hubs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and WHS regulations.
  • Manage rosters, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Support promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Be the go-to person for guests, ensuring every visit is memorable.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality venues.
  • Strong customer service and team management skills.
  • RSA & RSG essential; RMLV and Approved Manager license highly regarded.
  • A hands-on, approachable leader with commercial awareness.
