Job Description

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead the management of multiple venues across our business. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will drive venue success, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maximizing revenue.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to enhance venue performance.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
    • Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
    • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.
    • Lead workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
    • Inspire and develop a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years multi-venue senior management experience in food and beverage, including gaming. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current RSA and Gaming Licence accreditation.
  • Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their full potential.
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout the venues.
  • Strong staff management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Business Management (desired but not essential).
