Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee daily operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and deliver outstanding service quality across our venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation operations.
  • Mentor and motivate staff to excel in their roles.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and manage effective rosters, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Support promotional initiatives, events, and community engagement activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring every guest interaction is memorable. We are looking for a hands-on leader with commercial acumen.

Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality environments.
  • Exceptional customer service and team management skills.
  • RSA & RSG certification essential; RMLV and Approved Manager license advantageous.
