We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Venue Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple venues, ensuring excellent customer service and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive venue success
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team culture, focused on excellence and accountability
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage senior management, including gaming
  • Current RSA and Gaming Licence accreditation
  • Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues
  • Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas
  • Strong staff management experience and exceptional communication skills
