As our dynamic Venue Manager, you'll inspire and empower your team to create pub experiences locals love. We're looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial people leader who knows how to put the YOU in Venue. With our extensive network of venues, this role unlocks unlimited career opportunities.

A day in the life of a Venue Manager:

• Act as a role model and a visionary, creating passion and excitement around the guest experience, team development and business initiatives
• Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive the success of your team and Venue
• Empower and equip your team with the knowledge and tools that are required to achieve our high standards across all areas of the venue
• Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity to enable your team and guests to come as they are

About you:

• You know that passion, planning and problem solving skills are non-negotiables when it comes to nailing the guest experience
• You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience in a multi-faceted venue and love a fast-paced environment
• QLD Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager qualifications
• You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
