We are seeking a seasoned reservations professional to lead our Cluster Reservations team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Cluster Reservations team to achieve revenue growth and deliver seamless booking experiences.
  2. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members succeed in their roles.
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver smooth guest experiences.
  4. Manage reservations operations for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy of bookings and billing instructions.
  5. Analyse reservation data and forecasts to support business planning.

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience in reservations or sales within hospitality.
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of revenue management and market trends.
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
