Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Grill'd restaurants across Brisbane North. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 20-50 staff members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant. You'll work closely with our Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment venues, managing a team of 20+ staff members.
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
