Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant
  • Work closely with our Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, which includes weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance
  • Empower your team members' development, both personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs
  • Own the local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference


What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams
  • Great with numbers and have an analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports
  • Organized and love a high-energy working environment, where no two days are the same
  • Customer-focused and passionate about the hospitality industry

As a hospitality business, you'll be required to work a combination of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. However, we don't work overnights.
