About Us

We are excited to announce a new role within our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Unit at Moorabbin Hospital.

In this position, you will work closely with the ENT Head of Unit as well as ENT medical, nursing, allied health and admin staff to manage the collection and presentation of ENT Surgical Data to help drive Quality Improvement within the ENT Unit. You will also provide administrative support to Senior Nurses providing care for patients with Head & Neck Cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collect and present ENT Surgical Data in a meaningful way to drive Quality Improvement.
  • To work closely with the ENT Head of Unit and other staff members to achieve common goals.
  • To provide administrative support to Senior Nurses providing care for patients with Head & Neck Cancer.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Health Administration qualification or working towards one.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to delivering high quality work and being able to work independently.
  • Enthusiasm, compassion and ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines.
  • Excitement to be accountable for and manage specific portfolios in our relentless pursuit of excellence.
