Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager - Retail and Community Engagement, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong retail partnerships and executing the 'Retailer First' retail engagement strategy to maximise net property income, customer experience, trade results, and centre value.

You will be responsible for effective tactical execution of key marketing activities and campaigns to deliver marketing objectives and drive the best customer experience for our centre's community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong retail partnerships and execute the 'Retailer First' retail engagement strategy.
  • Develop and implement centre marketing plans to maximise net property income, customer experience, and trade results.
  • Manage and coordinate key marketing activities and campaigns to deliver marketing objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, consumers, local communities, and stakeholder groups.
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial or retail industry, with a strong working knowledge of retail legislation, leases, and fundamentals.
  • Broad competency in modern results-driven marketing.
  • Proven background in building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and consumers at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and develop/maintain strategic relationships.
