Impact Investing Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our impact investing strategy. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in aligning financial performance with social impact, driving strategic objectives, and contributing to the growth of our impact investing practice.

About this Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our approach to impact investing, working closely with the Head of Impact Investing. You will identify, analyze, and manage investment opportunities, with a strong emphasis on due diligence and strategic execution.

  • Support the Head of Impact Investing in identifying and executing strategic opportunities for impact investing within the landscape.
  • Work as part of the Impact Investing Team to originate high-quality impact investment opportunities.
  • Create and lead impact investment due diligence, structuring, and funding recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams, and external partners to finalize and execute investment agreements.
  • Maintain a portfolio of impact investments and drive their success.
  • Contribute to building the capabilities of our staff in impact investing.
  • Foster relationships with other investors to leverage capital into our investments.
  • Represent us externally through market activities and engagement.
  • Lead and oversee projects, including managing consultants and the Impact Investment Associate.
Requirements
  • Possess a relevant undergraduate qualification and 6–8 years of professional experience in impact investing or related fields.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and business plan assessment.
  • Show a proven ability to generate insights from complex datasets and present them clearly.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate organization, methodical thinking, and effective priority management.
  • Display sound judgment, attention to detail, and high-quality output.
