Strategic Impact Investment Specialist

This role is key to shaping our approach to impact investing, ensuring alignment between financial performance and social impact.
Responsibilities- Support the Head of Impact Investing in identifying and executing strategic opportunities within the impact investing landscape.
- Collaborate with the Impact Investing Team to originate high-quality impact investment opportunities.
- Lead impact investment due diligence, structuring, and funding recommendations.
- Work with the Foundation's Legal and Finance teams, and third-party legal firms to finalize and execute investment agreements.
- Maintain a portfolio of the foundation's impact investments and drive capability building with staff.
- Build relationships with other investors to leverage capital into investments.
- Represent the foundation externally and lead projects, including managing external consultants.
- Relevant undergraduate qualification with 6–8 years of professional experience in impact investing or related fields.
- Strong experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business plan assessment.
- Ability to generate insights from complex datasets and present clearly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Judgment, attention to detail, and quality output.
