Key Responsibilities
  • Manage investor relations across ASX-listed REITs, fostering transparency and consistency in communication with key stakeholders.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting, results presentations, and ongoing investor updates, showcasing expertise in IR programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors, equity analysts, and external stakeholders, driving market confidence.
  • Lead the preparation of ASX announcements, press releases, and investor materials with precision and attention to detail.
  • Contribute strategically to the development and execution of IR programs that enhance market reputation.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in REITs is essential; prior exposure to property funds is required.
  • Strong understanding of ASX compliance, disclosure requirements, and capital markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-intensity environments with multiple competing deadlines.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with maturity to navigate demanding stakeholders.
  • Experience with retail investors will be highly valued.
