About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Impact Investing Manager. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our approach to impact investing, aligning financial performance with social impact, and contributing to our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Head of Impact Investing to identify, analyze, and manage investment opportunities, with a strong emphasis on due diligence and strategic execution. This exciting opportunity promises a dynamic environment where your skills in financial and analytical areas will significantly contribute to reshaping investment strategies focused on social good.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Impact Investing in identifying and executing strategic opportunities for the organization within the impact investing landscape.
  • Work as part of the Impact Investing Team to originate high-quality impact investment opportunities.
  • Create and lead impact investment due diligence, structuring, and funding recommendations.
  • Work with the Foundation's Legal and Finance teams, and third-party legal firms to finalize and execute investment agreements.
  • Relationship manage and maintain a portfolio of the organization's impact investments.
  • Drive impact investing capability building with staff.
  • Build relationships with other investors to leverage capital into investments.
  • Support the impact investing practice by engaging in market activities and representing the organization externally.
  • Lead and oversee projects, including managing external consultants and the Impact Investment Associate.
Requirements
  • A relevant undergraduate qualification and 6-8 years of professional experience, including impact investing or related fields.
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business plan assessment.
  • A proven ability to generate insights from complex datasets and present them clearly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • An organized, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated judgment, attention to detail, and quality output.
