Investor Relations Expert
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Expert to join our Investor Relations team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining effective communications between the company and the investment community.

 

About the Role
The Strategic Financial Expert will work closely with our Senior Manager to plan, develop, implement, and execute key aspects of our global investor relations program. This includes establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and setting standards and processes for IR procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IR, corporate finance, sell side, buy side, and/or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint – and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities
This role involves:Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance dialogue and awareness of the company's strategy and financial performance.Establishing and implementing effective IR procedures to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's financial statements and valuation models to provide expert analysis and recommendations.Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and media representatives.Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.

 

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.At least 2 years of relevant experience in IR, corporate finance, sell side, buy side, and/or investment banking.A strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling.Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint – and verbal and written communication skills.
