We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Investor Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in our organisation's success.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and executing sales and engagement plans for investors and consultants, contributing significantly to our organisation's growth and development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate responses to queries from investors, consultants, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Oversee investor due diligence and maintain up-to-date information on fundraising Q&A.
  • Prepare briefing notes and coordinate presentation materials for meetings, including follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track investor activity, and provide access to the data room as required.
  • Conduct research on Asian and Middle Eastern markets to support fundraising efforts and strengthen investor relationships.
  • Collaborate with global teams to centralise investor intelligence and ensure accurate, reliable insights.
  • Evaluate and improve processes for sales and investor support activities, enhancing the overall investor experience.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, key prospects, clients, and our organisation's products and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management or supporting sales activities and investors within the investment industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with capital raising processes in funds management.
  • Solid understanding of fund management practices and terminology.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and navigate complex tasks with ease.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of handling competing deadlines confidently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong process skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and reporting tools.
  • Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when needed.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
