Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and WorkCover pay calculations
  • Engage Rehabilitation and Allied Health professionals
  • Support stakeholders to build suitable duties plans

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Experience working in a similar role in a complex industry sector
  • An authentic and supportive approach to stakeholder engagement
  • Qualifications in Injury Management/Workers Compensation or aligned
  • Experience in administering WorkCover processes
  • Skills in coordinating Return to Work activities including building suitable duties plans
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Organisational and time management skills
