We're seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team as the right-hand support to a senior lawyer. As an integral part of our busy personal injury law practice, you will be responsible for typing court documents and correspondence, contacting clients and professionals, arranging appointments, preparing briefs for barristers, and performing general administrative tasks.

Your New Role

As the right-hand assistant, you will work closely with a top Divisional Head senior Lawyer, supporting their busy practice across various areas of personal injury law. Key responsibilities include:

  • Typing court documents and correspondence
  • Contacting clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, and arranging appointments
  • Preparing briefs for barristers
  • Relief reception, mail distribution, and deliveries
  • General administration

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with minimum 3 months' experience as a legal secretary/assistant or office administrator, with some personal injury law experience or a keen interest in this area. Strong Microsoft Office skills, accurate typing speed (55+wpm), and a positive attitude are essential. You must be highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $35,000-$50,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
