About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Advisory team as a Personal Assistant.

You will be responsible for providing essential support to our Partners and offering ad hoc assistance within the wider team.

Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role gained within a corporate environment.
  • Ideally advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Suite (intermediate level acceptable for Excel).
  • A high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, maturity, and integrity.
  • An approachable nature with a strong desire to assist and support colleagues.
  • A proactive and conscientious attitude, with a commitment to excellence in all tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Calendar and Inbox Management: Skillfully manage Partner calendars and inboxes, ensuring timely responses and actions.
  2. Travel and Expenses: Coordinate travel bookings and handle expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Timesheet Submission: Ensure timely submission of timesheets for the team.
  4. Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings and events flawlessly.
  5. Financial Administration: Provide robust financial administrative support, including processing accounts for payment.
  6. Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing tenders, maintaining credentials, and supporting business development efforts.
  7. Client Onboarding: Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and updating the practice management system.
  8. People Initiatives: Support team functions, meetings, training sessions, and staff movements.
  9. Document Management: Maintain efficient document management practices.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
