Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pest Control Operations Manager to lead our Sydney team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control and operations management, with a proven track record of driving productivity and quality improvements. As a Senior Pest Control Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of service personnel to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and review service productivity rates and implement improvements.
  • Implement the regional annual operational plan and ensure its successful execution.
  • Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises.
  • Ensure company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
  • Optimise service efficiency through tools and technology available.
  • Maintain company vehicles in a safe, reliable, and clean condition.
  • Resolve customer issues proactively and develop long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Pest control licence or willingness to obtain within 5 months.
  • 3+ years in a similar services role.
  • 3+ years experience in a management role with a services or operations background.
  • Experience in implementing worksite safety initiatives, dispute resolution, and regular reporting to higher management.
  • High-level communications and commercial experience.
  • Drive to lead by example and set a high standard of customer service.

  • A competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
